Bernardo Bertolucci, director of the famous movie Last Tango In Paris, said that sex scene where Marlon Brando rape Maria Schneider in the ass was the real deal!

Bertolucci said that in conspiracy with Marlon Brando they came up with a rape scene, but they did it without consulting, in that time 19-year old Maria. Bertolucci said that he did that only because he wanted her to “react like a girl, and not like an actress”!

The video that recently has been published to public in which Bertolucci saying:

“The sequence of the butter is an idea that I had with Marlon in the morning before shooting, I wanted her reaction as a girl, not as an actress. I think Maria Schneider hated me and also Marlon because we didn’t tell her that there was that detail of the butter used as lubricant”.

After filming the “Last Tango In Paris” Maria Schneider had a long fight with addiction and depression, and in one interview said:

“I felt humiliated, I felt like a was raped by the two guys, Marlon and Bertolucci. After the scene, Marlon didn’t console me or apologize. Thankfully, there was just one take and after that movie, I never took my clothes off in any other movie.”
