Bethenny, The Skinnygirl founder and Paul Bernon have been together since 2018 and had split in late 2020 and got back together earlier this year and according to reports, the couple are said to be engaged as Bethanny showed off her massive rock seen on her wedding finger.
The loved up couple were seen on a boat heading the beach and enjoyed a dip in the sea whilst packed on the PDA and setting the temperatures soaring out in the Italian heat with a few hugs and passionate kisses as the couple took in the rays.
